• Wagamama king prawn, a lavish noodle soup infused with lemongrass, soya and lime leaf

• Meat - Turkey escalope with melted mozzarella and tomato pesto, served with baked potato, a herby crème fraîche and seasonal vegetables
• Fish - Fillet of salmon 'en papillote', served with baked potato, a herby creme fraiche and seasonal vegetables
