2 days in Barcelona ended a great 16-day holiday that started in Venice with a 12-day Holland America cruise. Travelling all 3 routes (Blue, Red and Green) of the Hop-on Hop-off Tour gave us a good overview of the entire city. Sitting in the open top deck provided a wonderful view, albeit a little hot with the sun beating down. We would strongly recommend this tour as a great way to get an overview of this beautiful city. The English language audio provided good commentary throughout. Although I took dozens of photos, many of them pretty good, the constantly moving bus makes it difficult to get a good picture of many of the sights noted on the tour. The one glitch we encountered was exchanging our prepaid vouchers for 2-day tickets at the tourist info office at Placa de Catalunya. The agent appeared unfamiliar with the process and spent 5-10 minutes on the telephone seeking clarification before finally giving us our tickets. Not a big deal, just a temporary delay that makes a visitor a little nervous for a short time!

I love the convienence of the Barcelona Bus Turistic. There were lots of them running around (but one-way only!), so I was always able to get on one on schedule. I would defenitely use this service if I visit Barcelona again!

Great and very organized! Plenty of buses so you didn't have to wait more than 10 minutes between stops for buses and very clean, way better than in Paris.
