The trip was well planned and things were on schedule. The drivers were friendly and helpful. I loved that I had plenty of free time to do the things I wanted to do, rather than being committed to short stops in places before moving on. For those doing the train trip, here's one thing to be aware of: the drop off time in the morning is 2.5 hours before the train leaves, and there is nothing to do once you've been dropped off. Do take a good book with you. Other than that, this was most enjoyable and I would use the tour company again when I am back in the U.S.

The people were nice, but we had trouble with the voucher tickets. When we got to the Grand Canyon, the rim tour was missing from the packet. We had no idea what bus to get on. By the time we figured it out, the bus was leaving. There was no transportation to the IMAX Theater and no tickets. We were just left hanging on our own to figure out what to do. This took away from the fun.
