Itinerary:
Day One:
Begin by crossing the southern districts of Paris as far as the Porte d'Orleans. From this point the coach will take the Aquitaine motorway as far as Blois. A guided visit of the Blois Castle offers an excellent introduction to the history of the region. Continue as far as Amboise where free time will be allocated for lunch. Your afternoon continues with a guided visit of the Clos-Luce, Leonardo da Vinci's last dwelling and the gardens of Villandry. Then visit to the old historic districts of Tours.
Day Two:
Departure for Chenonceau around 8.30am for a guided visit of the castle. Continue your morning with a guided visit of the Chateau de Cheverny followed by lunch at the Hotel Saint-Hubert (regional restaurant of rustic style). Your stay in the Loire Valley ends with a guided visit of the royal Chateau de Chambor, leaving around 4.30pm and returning to Paris around 7.00pm.
