Friendly and helpful staff. Note that the small print in the rental contract limits the use area of the scooter to the city of Miami Beach. Make sure you park legally at all times. Parking ticket patrols everywhere!

The people who work at the scooter rental place are rude. The scooters are dirty and broken. I would save my money and do something else in Miami.
