Our driver was prompt, courteous, well mannered and had us at the airport
way ahead of time which was fantastic. We was also very polite and well

I was expecting a private car, this was a van that made several stops. We were picked up on time.

Driver was on time but had to drive to the North side of Barcelona before continuing on to the airport, resulting in a one hour drive that should have been only 20 minutes.

Don't quite like Aero City bus company. I sent email in Madrid to advise the arrival time in Barcelona (flight time has changed), no acknowledgement, the van arrived based on what you have booked your scheduled arrival time at the beginning, we waited for just over 1 hour and nearly gave up to catch the taxi, then I saw the van turned up. No contact at the airport as the Aero City kiosk was closed and no one to help. Aero City have the flight numbers of passengers and need to check the arrival times, as in some cases, flights departure times might change.
Shuttle for departure - I rang the office the day before to check time for pick up, the van was on time.
