It was so safe and easy to book. Staff was friendly and very helpful in booking excursions. I highly recommend this site.

I appreciated the courtesy of the drivers as well as the convenience of the airport pickup but since I was merely going to Acondo about 5 minutes away the price was a bit steep.

Worked great. Arrived at Cozumel airport. Guy was waiting for me. Tried to upsell me on a few excursions, but I declined. He was great in not pushing it. I got a voucher for the return trip, which I simply handed to the taxi driver who drove me to the airport. Great service!

This should have been simple. Round trip airport transfers. Pick us up and drop us off. Instead it was made into a sales pitch to purchase other tours. Upon exiting the gate after customs, I found the the van but the rep led us to a booth to purchase tours. We were not interested and went back to the van. The driver literally threw luggage into the van and drove like a lunatic. Our return tickets were held until we met with another representative, who was late, and tried again to sell us tours. The ride back to the airport was in an old, non-air conditioned cab. It would have been much easier and cheaper to get a cab to and from.
