One of favorite outings we did in France! The Fat Tire Bike staff was wonderful, friendly and fun. Our guide, Justin was just wonderful. There is no better way to see Versailles then by bike! Our stop over in the village for picnic supplies was a huge hit with our entire group and getting the bikes on and off the train was not an issue. THIS IS A MUST DO WHILE IN PARIS... TRY THE NIGHT TOUR OF PARIS AS WELL......Fat Tire Bike Tours is a MUST DO!

This tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. Our tour guide was charming and funny, and had lots of interesting anecdotes to share about the French kings that built and enjoyed Versailles. I highly recommend this trip.

What a wonderful day this was with the sun shining and a fantastic guide! It was good to hear the history of Versailles and cycle the grounds before visiting the chateau as it into context for me. It was great buying your picnic lunch but a word of advice, don't drop your back pack with a bottle of Vin rouge in it! You will need to buy another! The whole trip was informative, relaxed and fun. The cycling was easy and comfortable. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to visit Versailles!

Our guide, Pete, was personable and knowledgeable, fun and forgiving. He gave you just enough information at just the right time. The tour was great! Pete was great! We enjoyed everything about it especially the hunting for picnic supplies at the Versaille market. It is a long day, and it is a bike tour...so I would recommend being in pretty good shape. The restroom situation, like everywhere I have been in Europe, is spotty...lots of tourists + inadequate public restrooms = long lines. I would highly recommend this tour.

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Paris! It was amazing! The palace was so beautiful and the experience of going to the market to select your picnic items and then have a picnic in front of the palace was unforgettable! The tour guide was very professional and was very nice and really made the tour enjoyable. One thing to note, when you go to the Palace you must visit the Palace first before the gardens because they will not let you in to the Palace after the gardens without waiting in line again. We made this mistake because it looked like it was going to rain and we went to the gardens first and were not able to get in the Palace. The actual time for the Palace and garden tour is too short and I would have loved to spend more time there but the tour was still totally worth every penny and more!
