5 star rating: Highly Recommended

Views of Biscayne and Miami were superb. It was an easy process booking online and we had no issue with our Viator voucher. Definitely worth doing.

Be sure to inform travelers that they should arrive 30 min. prior to departure.

It was exactly what I expected, no less, no more. It is a good value for what you pay.

I found the suggestion of the amount of tip to leave for the crew offensive. Otherwise enjoyed the excursion.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

The view of the city from the cruise was superb. However, we were almost turned down for 6 PM trip because 'there were not enough people'. We finally made it courtesy of another large group but this should have been mentioned before. Also these guys do not have a specific supplier which cost us 30 minutes looking for the cruise. They would sit you on any cruise within their allies and leaving at that time.

Reviewed by: Anonymous, United States of America, March 2010 Note from Viator: Thanks for the note. Typically when there are not enough passengers they do try to consolidate people onto a single vessel. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience.
