They were waiting for us at the airport. unfortunately so were about 100 other drivers so it took a little time to find them (not much).

Overpriced, you can get a private taxi for the same amount. i was lucky enough to not have too many people on my shared arrival so it wasn't inconvenient.

When arriving at Phuket Airport there was no rep holding a sign with my name. Finally found the company but they didnt have my name on their list. They finally agreed to take me to my hotel after questions and calls to the head office, but there was no room for me in the shared van so I had to wait 30 mins for another car. After a long flight and the heat of Thailand this made the start of my holiday very stressful.
