It was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about our guide - Tom. He was knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Answered our questions, very courteous and polite. Had iced cold water for us to drink and again was just overall an excellent guide! The tour was great!

Mike was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone. The tour covered a lot of ground, but still was very flexible, leaving everyone plenty of time to savor the sites. The tour was billed as an 8 hour tour, but was really closer to 9.5 hours. This was OK with us, and the tour group does offer a shorter tour, but, If you want to see everything in a day, at a reasonable rate, this is the tour for you. And, ask for Mike.

Driver left 2 people at first stop, van's battery died, had to wait to get tickets before we waited in the regular line, left at lunch time with no instructions for getting food, van was very hot when boarding after stops, late return (approx 7PM), no ongoing narration from guide with LOTS of silent time, no explanation for detour which felt like we were being held hostage. NEVER AGAIN!

The tour guide was asking for the tip, also only 30 minutes for lunch, anykind of drinks was included I paid for my drink, because I was Spanish and he knew that he was speaking fast everytime and sometimes he didn´t talk to me...It was a bad day and experience.
