This trip was a surprise and a first time experience for my partner and I. We could find NO fault whatsoever. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient, instructions were clear and concise both on the ground and in the air and the whole trip was wonderful and amazing. An absolute definIte for anyone going to NYC.

One member of our party of 3 had not previously experienced a helicopter tour. It was the start of our New York visit, so set the scene for us A must for the first-timer in NY.

It was definitely a good experience! Although... we didn't get as close to the Statue of Liberty and others landmarks as is portrayed on the site...

Excellent tour, a bit of a mix up at the beginning as to what helicopter tour we were with, would of been nice to have the option of a video f the tour like the other tour operators had. But all in all excellent .
