We found the Guides very informative and as we had a limited time in New York it was the best way to learn about the different areas of such a big city. Thankyou very much for a wonderful experience and we would recommend it. From Sydney, Australia.

Overall tour was great particularly the night tour. Full credit to the tour guide of night tour. We booked two days hop on hop off tour with Liberty island ferry. However I feel it was too much to do in two days. There are four loops on hop on tour and the New York traffic makes it almost impossible to do all four loops in 2 days .

Bus ticket was ideal but did get caught up in traffic so took quite a while to do the downtown trip. The uptown was boring , not worth the time it takes.
Ellis Island was great and the close views of the Statue of Liberty were fabulous. Ferry was very crowded and ques were long but only way to do that tour so don't miss it.
This is definitely the best way to see New york if you're a first timer. We did the whole uptown tour so we were familiar with where everything was and the next day hopped on and hopped off where we wanted. The Brooklyn trip was a bit long for what it was, and unfortunately the tour guides mic was faulty

Enjoyed the ferry and statue. The hope on moved so slowly in the high traffic of NYC that I'm not sure it was our best shot. We stopped to see the 9/11 memorial and lost the ability to ride the last shuttle that was non stop.
