Prompt collection, exactly on time. Good trip to the airport. I left my bag on the bus, phoned the 1-800 number, and the driver was back within 15 minutes. Excellent service, would def recommend.

Unless you want to pay well over the odds on a taxi, the Shuttle Transfer is essential. Once we had collected our bags, we followed the directions and waited no more than 15 minutes for the bus to arrive. Our bus was full, maybe another 3 couples in the bus, but all of us were going to Manhattan, so there were no worries about being taken all the way around Queens dropping people off for 2 hours before they got round to us. The journey took no longer than 40 minutes, and we were very pleased.

Perfect! The driver arrived very punctually! The only minus was that we couldn't choose the time for the service. So we had to wait 4 hours at the airport.
