A must do if you go to NYC, most of the guides are very entertaining, and all are very knowledgeable. Very enjoyable, you get to experience all the sites. Well organised, buses come by every 10 to 15 mins. You don't need to ring 24 hrs in advance as stated on the voucher, just go to Madame Tussauds and collect your tickets.

This trip was great value for money and allowed you to jump off and on the buses when you wanted. WE got to see so much more of New York than we would have if we just did it ourselves.

This was a brilliant package, there were more things in it than we could possibly do, so we picked out the main things and still saved on individual prices. We got to see everything we could have hoped for and more. All staff were really friendly, especially the guide on the night lights tour! Make sure you do that one. No problems with any tickets, and had great assistance being moved to front of all queues due to a mobility impaired member of the party. Just be aware, ALL seats are upstairs on the buses so be sure you can make it up them. Thanks to all at the tour operator for a great trip! Highly recommend Downtown and Night Lights Tours and Statue of Liberty Ellis Island trip. We were also given a 2 hour cruise around the harbour, worth going on too.
