Our chauffeur Danny was great. Waiting for us as we arrived and took a video of my partner and I. A likeable chap. Just us in the limo, which I knew when I booked it. Plenty of room inside, nice ride from the airport to our hotel.

Driver was late for pick up

We understood it could take over two hours to travel from JFK to NYC, roads were very busy.
We did not expect the Limo would take us to wrong hotel, despite confirming details on booking, with the company the week prior to the trip and with the driver on collection. By the time this was discovered our driver had removed all our bags, given them to the bell man and driven off. This meant walking a mile across New York City at 7pm on a Saturday with my elderly parents. Understandably this was very traumatic and distressing for their first visit to the States. The idea of booking a transfer was to make this journey as stress free as possible. IT FAILED.
Completely unexectable

Quite disappointing. The limousine was old and dusty. The driver met us at the airport dressed in crumpled jeans and a shirt. When my husband asked him how his day had been so far, he replied with "not very good, I wasn't supposed to work today which is why I'm dressed like this". I would have expected better service and a better limousine for this price.
