Best money I spent. We avoided a two hour wait to get into the building!!

The weather on the day we had booked for was appaling with 0 visability at the top of the building. The staff at the Empire State were so helpful. Told us straight away we could use our tickets another day when the weather had improved. They stamp a :-( on your ticket and then you can come back anytime in the next 12 months. Once we did get up there the view is AMAZING. I would recommend the ticket that bypasses the queue though as we waited 1 1/2 hours before getting in the lift.

Very good although sign posts and /or local staff knowledge for "skip the queue" feature could be improved

A superb family day out, the boat offers a place for everyone according to his desires of the photographer or simple contemplation. Timing just too sad that we have made happen with a sunset already well underway at the foot of Lady Liberty. Images and lights that will nevertheless unforgettable.

Well organised. We like the fact that you don't have a specific time in which you have to be there (just within the operating hours). Also it was a time saver to skip the line.
