We got lost and missed the original time but they accomodated us the following day with no fuss. Very enjoyable tour.

This was a very nice tour, with only 15 people, and the guide spoke good English, had a lot of knowledge and a great sense of humor. His pace was just right to see everything and explain things in good detail, but not too much. Very enjoyable tour with good audio in the Basilica.

Too brief, especially in the square. I was hoping to hear more about the various buildings. Nice guide though, and sympathetic to my broken ankle.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

The tour was all about the Church and was very boring. I wanted to see the church and the square, not to get a detailed lecture about every picture in the church and nothing about the square.
