Was a Rainy day in Rome the day we used this and only 3-4 other people were aboard. Information was good and P.A. system worked. Nice courteous staff.

Excellent tour guide. Due to canal delays our tour was extended, but it actually made this one of the better river cruises we have been on.

At first we were disappointed to find the cruise cancelled on day it was booked because of rain. But no trouble in using our tickets the next day. Staff very helpful.

Organisation is 100%. Just the trip is too short and only has two (2) stops in total. Otherwise great tour and explanation in up to 9 languages via earphone.
