To enhance the glamorous setting of Melbourne's Yarra River, the DJ will be selecting a repertoire of golden oldies, popular and contemporary music. Dance your way into 2013 with front row seats to Melbourne's firework celebration.

Melbourne New Years Eve Cruise Sample Menu:
Entree: Platter per person including:

• King prawn Salad with fruit coulis dressing
• Roast vegetables with tandoori paste, rocket salad and mint yoghurt
• Confit duck leg with lentil salad

Main Course A choice of one of the following:

• Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with Brie, semi-dried tomatoes on couscous with a tarragon cream sauces
  
• Crispy skinned Moroccan salmon with potato rosti, avocado salsa and caper mayonnaise
• Pan fried eye fillet with roasted seasonal vegetables, porcini mushroom cream sauce and black garlic butter
• Grilled polenta, mushroom ratatouille, palm hearts, vincotto and truffle oil
  
• Char grilled pork rib eye, sweet potato mash, glazed green peas with a olive oil and balsamic reduction
  

Dessert and Cheese Tasting Platter
