Excellent value for money and great choice of shows to see. Next time in London would definitely do again.

I had a brilliant day. Manage to see The Woman in Black which I definitely recommend. Got seats in Stalls 4 rows from the front. Amazing! The only criticism is that it was a risk as to whether I was going to get any tickets at all as I arrived on the day. If the tickets were sold out, then tough luck for me. Luckily it worked out brilliantly.

It all turned out well, we got good seats and an nice assortment of shows, but we had to pick up our tickets on "their" time, as we showed up the day before thinking we were being more diligent and they were closed, and I also want to add that we had to ask 3 or 4 people where the ticket booth for Viator was. They never heard of Viator and the agent was equally unimpressed with the name of the company that we had already given our money to. If I had to do it again, I'd wait because there are many discount ticket places in the area, but you have to be open minded. If you are looking for a particular show, I recommend you buy in advance. Ta Ta!

The play was fine -- in fact we even got upgraded seats when we arrived at the theater. However, the information that was given us about the location of the theater was not helpful. The person who exchanged our voucher for tickets indicated that it was within walking distance of our hotel (which she correctly identified on the map). However, the map she gave us was not to scale, and the distance was much greater than we anticipated. If we had been given correct information, we would not have tried to walk the entire distance -- nearly missing the opening of the play.
