This transfer was great--the driver picked us up at our hotel exactly on time and knew the best way to drive to the port with very little traffic. We were very pleased with the service this time.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

This was not a useful service. The port is only a mile or two from the downtown hotels and a taxi would have been a fraction of the cost.
