We were snorkelers and this trip was geared more toward divers but even so it was still worth the trip. The snorkeling was fantastic just not long enough in the water. They should give twice the time at the first site to compensate the snorkelers.

It was a great trip, staff was really nice and the island is beautiful. I heard Saona Island is much better.

Catered more for scuba divers, but snorkeling off the island was fun. Not great visibility due to recent storms though. "Lunch" was not worth it. Should have gone to Sanoa Island, but the bus ride 2 hrs was very fascinating and I did enjoy seeing the "other part" of life in the DR.

Our hotel didn't work with the operator so it was a major hassle to confirm 24 hours ahead of time. It was then canceled but nobody called us so we waited for 2 hours for them to come. It was eventually rescheduled and we were able to go. The trip itself is okay. It is really for scuba divers though. Snorkelers were treated like they weren't as good and had to do everything last, therefore there wasn't as much time as I would have liked. The island was beautiful though! The snorkeling is definitely not the best or even close to the best I've ever done. The island is worth going to but overall I wouldn't do it again.
