You'll be welcomed with a non-alcoholic "Champagne" at the captain's reception on boarding, then it's bon voyage as you dine on a seasonally inspired seven-course French-style dinner with signature main entrees of live Maine lobster and prime tenderloin of beef, served to your own private table.
