This was great trip! We did unescorted tour and had a great time. My mother is 74 years old so we wanted to take it easy and go at our own pace. We saw all the things we wanted to see. The hop on hop off bus was great and easy to find with the map they provided. Sammy was very helpful explaining where to be when so we can catch the bus back to the train station. He was in charge of the escorted tour but did help explain things to us too, VERY NICE! I would recommend this to anyone and would to it again. :)

Everything went very smoothly and Sammy, our guide was great. A very well worth trip that gives you a taste for Paris in a day.

"Sam" was our tour guide...Eiffle Tower was too crowded so we went to the Louvre instead.. we skipped all the lines with Sam! He had a "hop on, hop off" bus waiting for us at each stop and made sure we all knew where we were going...not too much commentary about the sights however...he was basically our transportation guide but that was fine with us!

A great way to see Paris in a day. It was raining all day for us and that limited what we could see and do. The bus was flooded and uncomfortable but we can't control the weather. The guide was not very informative and relied on the recorded commentary.

All in all it was a good trip. The train ride was comfortable and effecient. The "hop on hop off" tour bus in Paris was wonderful allow us to see lots of places that we hadnt seen on our last trip.The only concern I had was there was not a central rallying place to meet the tour guide at the beginning in England(ie at the train station)and due to the time constraints and city traffic in Paris what to do if for one reason of another you missed the tour guide (bus transportation) and how to get back to the train station for in Paris for the return trip to the UK.
