An excellent, relaxed, cheap experience - highlight of my trip! Something different and very Tuscan!

What a great time we had at the cooking class! We learned so much, and our food turned out great. I would recommend this course highly!

Very interesting tour, we learned alot. Good tour for the teenagers, the chef took the time to explain and show the kids how everything was done. We loved it it!

It was good but it could be better if they start early as we had lunch past 3pm. Would recommend it to friends as it was value for money as compared to other cooking course in Italy.

2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better

It was fun, but the instructor was a little bit overbearing in the comments he made towards the women in the class. Also, I'm sure he's a very talented cook, but it appeared to me and a few other members of the class that his taste wasn't quite in touch with the soul of Italian cooking. The flavours of two of the dishes made were dominated by the taste of a single item, and I am in doubt as to the conventionality of these concoctions, e.g., a pesto made entirely with arugula--too bitter. I'm sure you can find something better if you look a little harder. Also, I'm not sure if panna cotta is supposed to be just a cream jello, but if it is, then this was a fine example of it.
