The staff was very helpful and communicated very easily with the multiple languuages and variety of peolpe. The only negative was the ear plug connectors on the bus seldom worked. During the afternoons the buses were full requiring us to wait for another 1/2 hour for the next bus.

Excellent way to see Rome and view all the historic sites without spending a fortune. I loved the audio section that made watching and listening such a fun, relaxing way to get a taste of Rome. It was our first trip and the Hop-On-Hop-Off made our visit so much better. We did a two day pass, and spent the first day doing a complete tour without getting off. The second day, we got off at various stops and saw things that were on our list of things to do. We got to do all this without having to pay high taxi fares. The buses ran on a consistent basis and waiting for the next bus was never very long. We only had two days in Rome and I truly cannot wait to return and do this again. I will also use Viator in other cities I travel to in the future. I am a huge fan and I learned about this company by chance when searching for tours on the internet. I travel alot, and this company is A+.

Excellent value for money and our only drawback was that you couldn't hear the commentary upstairs through the plug in headphones even at top level sound because of the noise in the streets. Great way to see the city and drop off where you want and we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility of the Boat tour where you can easily hear the soundtrack.

Massive line ups to get on the bus at some stops, had to wait 2 buses. Finally did a mix of subway and bus. Tickets are available for purchase on the buses also...

Very good in theory but twice during separate bus trips audio equipment failed and sound was poor quality
