This was one of the highlights of our trip. Luca, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable and also friendly and entertaining. The gallery has extraordinary art and his explanations helped us appreciate the art all the more. He made the most of our time. It was a pleasure spending time with him and the art. We would happily do it again.

I had a private tour which, while pricey, was worth every penny to me. The guide was extremely knowledgable about art, history, and the classical and religious subjects of the art. He showed me differences in the artists' styles and techniques, and I learned a great deal about Carrivagio whose astounding works are on display at the Borghese. This was a highlight of my four days in Rome.

Isabella's tour was the highlight of our trip to Rome. She was so informed and inspired by the art; her love of the Gallery came through as she told us about the beautiful pieces. What an absolute delight. She is an absolute gem (and in fact, just finished a piece of fiction on one of the paintings)!

This tour was the highlight of our trip to Rome. Our guide, Gianlucca Farris, made the Gallery come alive. We are now much better informed on Roman sculpture, and we have developed a new found appreciation of Baroque. This Gallery is a real gem, and no one could help us appreciate it better than Gianlucca.

The tour could not have been better! Our guide was knowledgeable and fluent, and took us to what we were interested in seeing. She even saw that we were very tired of walking (it was the last day of a long trip) and got the museum employee to open up the elevator for us to ride. Very appreciated! With a two-hour limit to visit the Galleria Borghese, we would have missed so much without her. Isabella was wonderful!

The Borghese Gallery is a must see for all interested in viewing the paintings and sculptures up close in a beautiful setting. Our guide Floriana was great, she provided exceptional insight for the works we viewed and clear she is quite knowledgeable. The tour of the gardens afterward was a great way to complete the tour experience.
