Such an amazing tour. Both of these castles were beautiful. Our tour guy was excellent and we had such a fun time.

A very good Day trip to the fairy Tale castle. Linderhof was a very short stop mainly for shopping.
The castle was beautiful and breadth taking. The drive through the country side was also very interesting. In all an excellent day trip.
The service provided by the gray line tour company was very good! Anyway, in my view the pearl of the tour is the Neuschwanstein castle! Instead of spending 1 hour having lunch, I strongly recommend you to go the bridge in the mountains to take panoramic pictures of this castle.

Very good day trip form Munich, with both castles being well worth the visit. The warning of a very steep road up to Castle Neuschwanstein is very true, so take the bus, don't walk unless you are very fit!

Overall, I'm glad we took this tour, as I've always wanted to see the Neuschwanstein castle. Sadly, it was a bit disappointing, and I felt it was quite overpriced overall. Upon entry to the bus, we were asked to hand over additional money to cover entrance into the two castles, so I'm not sure exactly what the money for the tour covered beyond petrol. The castle was under construction, so it was much less riveting than it usually would have been, and it was quite a tourist trap. Our guide was a bit flaky. I've had much better tours through Viator in other cities.
