The only criticism I had about the trip was the directions given to me on arrival said that I had to report to the customer service desk beside the baggage carousel. That was the wrong place and I had to go outside the terminal to find the checkin for the shuttle bus. Other than that I found the trip into the city to be very good.

It was OK. Got me to my destination though I needed to input where the actual destination was. A bit hard when it was my first time to destination.

Misleading when it was said on the website advertisement that there will be a "meet and greet" at the baggage claim and that there is no waiting. We had to call and find out where we were supposed to go and get on the shuttle. When we got there, we were told the next shuttle would be in 30 mins. We ended up waiting for almost 40 mins. We could have taken the train. I call that False Advertising.
