Enjoyable day, views were superb and the hike leader was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There was just the two of us on the hike which made it more personal, plenty of time for questions and photographs. I chose the ruin castle hike which is the harder option and the stairs at the end was a killer!Reviewed by: Amanda T, February 2014
We enjoyed out hike at the Blue Mountain. Since we didn't stay in CBD area, our guide, Nisha picked us at the Central Station. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. The hike wasn't difficult at all.Reviewed by: Suhaila M, Malaysia, January 2014
This hike was amazing! Our tour guide not only took us to all of the best viewing spots, but we had lunch on the side of a cliff with breath-taking views, and he pointed out a lot of different plants and animals unique to the area. I would definitely highly recommend this hike - super fun and absolutely beautiful!Reviewed by: Raegan M, January 2014
We did the Valley of the Waterfalls hike and it was absolutely amazing!! Our guides, Dan and Gines, were BRILLIANT!!!!!! Definitely the best guides I have ever had for a tour! Massive thank you to the both of you!
The hike itself was breathtaking. We were very lucky as our group was very fit, the guys offered us an extra hike down to the bottom of Wentworth Falls. The climb down involved almost vertical climbs and so was extremely hard work. However, it was definitely worth it and I am so thankful they gave us the opportunity to do it. Also had the opportunity to swim at the bottom of the falls. Even though the water was ice cold and I didn't have bathers, it was still a good experience. The lunch and cakes supplied were very nice and freshly prepared. The guys even had a billy and supplied fresh tea and coffee half way through the hike which was a great idea! I definitely recommend this hike to anyone visiting the mountains!
Just make sure you have good hiking shoes as we saw a lot of visitors (not in our group luckily) wearing thongs or sandals. Also, even if it is hot, take a light jacket as it does get cold when shaded by the rainforest.
Loved it! The walk itself is nice, not too strenuous, which is good in a very hot weather. The guides Pam and Craig were a lot of fun, we had quite a good time. It was just me on the tour, so I was lucky as I like that type of intimate walk. Views are spectacular. Food is good. Just escape Sydney for a day with them, you won't regret it.Reviewed by: Elodie D, March 2014
