The bus arrived early and the driver was cheerful and helpful. We then had our most comfortable trip yet to Brisbane Airport where we arrived in good time for our flight. The driving was of a high standard (I used to have a fleet of 4,000 vehicles) which ensured passenger comfort and confidence. The downside mentioned later was reversed by this experience.
This was a significant improvement for our arrival transfer on 18 January - here the air conditioning was not working and the driving was not much of an example!
Ready and waiting, the shuttle driver was friendly and trip was hassle free ,would recommend

No problems at all. Met on time on both journies to and from the airport.
Very good value for money.
I was under the impression that my pick up point was outside the Ibis hotel on Turbot Street as indicated to me by the operator, when checking out of the hotel I was told by the hotel clerk that the shuttle bus pick up point was on George Street and not outside the hotel on Turbot Street.I also had to ring the operator to find out my pick up time as no indication of the time was given on my confirmation email.
