The service was fine...once I was allowed on the bus. When I presented the printed out documents to the driver he was clearly reluctant to accept them. In the end he did accept the papers and allowed me to board. The driver had not received the necessary training he needed for this matter.

An excellent introduction to Bath with good audio guide. Unfortunately amount of traffic slows tour but it's not their fault!

Both tours are well worth doing. The city tour is very informative and you get to see all the main sights. With the skyline tour you drive up the hills just outside Bath and get to see the town and more of the landscape which are both very pretty.
