Perfect tour and organization. Every thing was as expected if no better.Reviewed by: Ion C, November 2013
excellent tour would highly recommend. Staff very informative and helpful even taking you to train station and making sure you got on right train. If going in summer weather is extreamly hot high 30s,Reviewed by: patricia s, Canada, August 2013
The tour was incredibly organized and event-filled. There was someone guiding us each step along the way. The hotel in Kyoto was awesome and the location couldn't be more convenient. We were so happy that we chose to use this travel service.Reviewed by: Brandon W, June 2013
Hard to give this tour a fair rating. Fuji fogged in as well as other mountain. Lake smells of sulfer. My 4 year old son and I were peeled off the tour at the end and put on a train by ourselves for about six hours until we were checked into our Kyoto hotel. Though the tour company did have an agent watch over us at each segment (station) of our local express train ride. Went to bed about midnight and up at 7am for Kyoto tour. My son was to tired by mid-day to finish. Then hang around near the hotel all day for your night time bullet train ride to Tokyo. They don't have an earlier train option?Reviewed by: gregory h, October 2013
The Mt Fuji day of the tour(Aug 8th) was very good with lots of interesting activity and an excellent tour guide.
The Kyoto Nara day (Aug 8th) was disappointing with an inadequate tour guide who was not talking as much as she should have on the bus.. We stayed at the buffet lunch much too long, wasting much time.Near the end of the tour, the tour guide said we would vote on going to the souvenir shop. When we were overwhelmingly against, she said there was only one vote ---hers. Another 20 minutes wasted.
