I had booked this transfer plus multiple tours in Singapore, 4 weeks prior over the internet before I left Australia. It was good value compared to getting a bus or taxi transfer (there were 3 of us). Our arrival time was later than I had booked but sure enough the local agent 'Tour East' had a rep at the cruise terminal waiting for us (and others who had also booked through viator) with all our vouchers and stickers for the whole program I had booked. Very efficiently done and I can't recommend Viator enough!

I would like to thank viator for their help in our transfers as i had dates mixed up and times but viator came to my rescue their were most helpful and it was not a problem for them only one email and everything turned out great thankyou again

The driver was waiting for us on time. Very efficient in getting the car and very polite. Smooth, easy journey to the hotel was very welcome.
