The Ballet was wonderful, thankyou to Victor for finding us at the airport as well as taking us to the ballet and looking after us. We were sad the ballet had been had been moved to the Museum but it was still a fantastic night.

Excellent event. The ballet very professional. We were the only 2 passengers and were treated very cordially by the driver of the van to the event and after.

I had emailed the company about getting picked up for the Ballet Folklorico at The Red Tree House where were stayed. She responded that the pick-up would be between 19:15 and 19:30 hours. I questioned the time as the information I had printed stated show time at 19:00 hours. She just said to be ready between 19:15 and 19:30 hours. Due to the immense traffic problems in Mexico City, the host at The Red Tree House decided with your designated driver that he would not make it by 19:30 hours so at 19:40 hours, the host, Victor literally walked us to the Metro and rode with us to our transfer station so that we could get to the Bellas Artes museum. We missed the first 15 minutes of the Ballet Folklorico by the time we arrived, met the dirver and exchanged our vouchers for tickets. That was pretty disappointing and ruined the full experience of the ballet. The traffic in Mexico City should be factored in for any hotel pick-up. I will certainly consider this in the future before I book with you folks. The Red Tree House did a much better job of getting us to our excursions.
