There were no lines on the day we booked the Eye, but I can see where the jump the queue tickets will be a huge help. The boat trip was pleasant but the weather was foul so we were unable to sit outside.

The eye gives a good view of the city. Transportatin (boat) conveneint to get to London Tower and not stops in between. Viator needs to give clearer directions where to pick the ticket up from, nominate the except location.

The tours were fine but the directions were not. There was no benefit to purchasing the tours early. We were not on the fast track and had to wait in long lines again and again. Would not recommend.
