This was a fabulous day and so trouble free especially with our hotel pickup. Our guide was so knowledgeable and a great sense of humor. We could not have imagined doing this tour on our own. we loved it and really recommend it.

Considering the number of tour groups the tour was conducted in a reasonable manner. The listening devices faded in and out with random noise occasionally more of an annoyance than any thing.
However the tour guide told us we would have ten to fifteen minutes to shop at the end and when we ran late getting to the end she ran for the buss and left us standing there - this is totally unacceptable. I will try another service in the future
