- Queen Victoria's bedroom: Come and stand in the very bedroom in which, in the early hours of June 20, 1837, the young Princess Victoria awoke to the news that she was to be queen.
- The King's Staircase: The King's staircase walls and ceiling are painted with William Kent's vivid portrayals of George I's court and its characters. As you climb the impressive staircase, see if you can spot the famous faces.
- Mary of Modena's bed: This fine bed of red and blue velvet is called the 'Warming Pan Bed', because tradition has it that this was the very bed in which Mary of Modena, wife of James II, gave birth in 1688. His enemies claimed that Mary had in fact miscarried and that an impostor baby had been smuggled into the bed in a warming-pan.
- Court Mantua: Woven with a design of stripes and scrolling garlands in silver and trimmed with sparkling silver lace, this dress would have left onlookers gazing in awe and wonder at its unparalleled beauty and splendor.
- The Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection: The Royal Ceremonial Dress Collection is a unique presentation of royal, court and ceremonial dress dating from the 18th century to the present day. The display includes a stunning collection of dresses worn by HM Queen Elizabeth II.

- The Orangery: Built for Queen Anne in 1704-5 and used for court entertainment, today the Orangery provides an elegant setting for the palace restaurant. The Orangery is a member of the prestigious Tea Guild and offers one of the finest tea selections in London, as well as a range of premium wines and champagnes.
- The Sunken Garden: Celebrate the 100 year anniversary of the planting of the beautiful Sunken garden by enjoying the views of this intimate and tranquil oasis. Access is free and does not require a Palace ticket.
- The last debutantes exhibition: This temporary exhibition explores the glamorous and alluring world of the debutante. See glamorous ball gowns designed by the likes of Christian Dior and Pierre Balmain and learn the art of the perfect curtsey.
