Departure Point:

The London Eye is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. The ticket office is located inside County Hall, which is the building directly next to the London Eye.

Departure Time:

• January to May: 10:00am - 8.00pm - every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour
• June to September: 10:00am - 9:00pm - every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour
• October to December: 10:00am - 8.00pm - every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour

• All capsules are fully air-conditioned and rotate on a special device designed to keep everyone upright as the wheel makes a slow but progressive revolution.
• Disabled guests: The London Eye has full disabled access both on to the Eye and to use all the facilities inside County Hall.
• Strollers or heavy luggage are not allowed on The London Eye. A limited "left luggage" facility is available.

Families with Children:

• Families with young children are advised that baby buggies cannot be taken on to the flight, unless they are folded up and carried on. We recommend that you leave your buggy at the Left Luggage facility within County Hall before you join the queue, where you may borrow a complimentary baby-carrier for use during your visit.
• Baby changing facilities can be found, in the disabled toilets in the ticket office in County Hall, adjacent to Costa Coffee.
