London Heathrow Airport Shared Return Transfer

Travel from London Heathrow airport to any hotel in central London or Canary Wharf in a 10 seat luxury shuttle. London Gatwick airport is also served in conjunction with the Gatwick Express rail service to Victoria where your shuttle will meet you and take you to your doorstep. The cost of the rail ticket is included in your fare.

The Central London area served stretches from Hammersmith in the west, to Tower Bridge in the East, and from Kings Cross and Regents Park in the north to Waterloo and the Tate Modern on the South Bank. This service is licensed to use London's bus lane's ensuring the fastest times possible by road.

Have the peace of mind in knowing that once you have booked your transfer there are no hidden additional charges upon arrival. All flights are monitored, therefore if your flight happens to be delayed, you will simply be booked onto the next available shuttle at no additional cost.

Customer Service desks are located in the Arrivals Hall (outside the Customs Hall) of Heathrow Terminals 1, 3, 4 and 5. A 'meet and greet' service is operated by uniformed representatives at terminal 2. In all terminals you will be escorted to the shuttle departure point where our uniformed and customer focused drivers will assist you for the rest of your journey into London.

• This transfer must be booked at least 24 hours in advance of your travel date
• Confirmation for this product will be received at time of booking
• This transfer is valid ONLY on the date booked
• Buses are not fitted with wheelchair access equipment. Passengers traveling with a wheelchair are advised that they must be able to board the vehicle on foot. The wheelchair should also be collapsible. The supplier may be able to arrange alternative transport if they cannot serve you using one of their own vehicles. At time of booking, please advise you will be traveling with a wheelchair as there is often an extra charge for using this service.
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 piece of carry on luggage. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the supplier to see if your excess luggage is acceptable (contact details on confirmation voucher).
• Journey times will depend on time of day and season, however this is the only service licensed to use London's Bus Lanes with the exception of public buses and Black Taxis so you will avoid the worst traffic – even private limousines have to sit in the traffic jam!
• Vehicles will be modern 10 or 12 seat Mercedes or VW shuttles with leather seats and full air-conditioning
