Awesome and on time. Customs at Heathrow take a while and can delay you. If you are getting close to that time that the driver will leave after make sure that you call the company and let them know what is going on and the driver will wait a little longer.

The driver was waiting for us. He was very polite and was the perfect tour guide on the long 1 1/2 hour drive to our accommodation. We were very impressed!
