Driver was waiting and assisted us to the bus and everything went very smoothly, which is what you need when one's mobility is limited.

The shuttle system worked out the best. Taxis are very expensive, and the metro system is very confusing and busy. I called the shuttle service upon arrival, and they instructed me to go to the terminal 8 exit, which was easy to find. Within a few minutes the van arrived and picked me up. There were a few more pickups, so the entire time ran around 1 hour to arrive at the hotel. I would definitely rebook this shuttle service.

Great shuttle service. My driver was waiting for me at the airport and told me about some of the sites on the way to my hotel. I would use this service again.

I called the Paris shuttle after arriving at the airport. Pick up was prompt, but the driver got stuck in Paris traffic and it took two hours to get to our hotel after dropping off two other parties.
