The restaurant is on level 1 of the golden crown topping Sydney Tower (formerly known as Centrepoint Tower), with panoramic views from the Sydney Harbour Bridge all the way to the Blue Mountains.

The cuisine at 360 Bar and Dining is Modern Australian with a refined French influence. The décor is an extravagant blend of carved panels, individually crafted pendant light sculptures and luscious tones of gold and chocolate, with the translucent golden shell of the central bar a major feature. The 360 restaurant is a popular venue for special occasions, admired by discerning diners seeking exceptional food, service and ambience.

The unique revolving floor at 360 Bar and Dining provides breathtaking panoramic views of Sydney and beyond. One full revolution takes 70 minutes while you dine.

• Tuna tataki - yellow fin tuna, asparagus, fried courgette and lime dressing

Main Course:

• Angus beef fillet - fillet of black angus beef, parnsnip purée, potato galette, ox tongue
• Salmon - seaweed coated salmon loin, steamed eggplant, verjus soaked raisins
• Pork cutlet "en crepinette" - black pudding, ham hock, pumpkin gnocchi

Side:

• Mixed leaf salad and sherry vinegar dressing

Dessert:

• Vanilla Crème Brulee and strawberry salad
