This was excellent. The guide was fantastic and there was plenty of time to see and do everything. No big rush and small tour group. Coming from Australia, I would recommend it as it was relaxing and fun

This tour was great and enjoyable especially our tour guide was helpful to keep us posted of the events since we are deaf. She wrote the note many times when we visited several locations. We were very appreciated her efforts with notepads.

Overall - this was an amazing tour. Our guide was friendly, attentive and accommodating. He was conversant without being intrusive.
While almost everything was positive, we were disappointed to learn at the last moment that transportation to the tour boarding location was not provided even though we followed instructions regarding advance notice and information regarding the address of our hotel. Adding an unexpected $120 taxi ride to meet at the tour staging area was difficult. We were also unprepared for the underwhelming stops at various retail quick-markets that felt like tourist traps - most especially the impromptu movie stop that followed a young native American woman's quest to find the soul/spirit of the falls.
We truly enjoyed the all the various components of the tour and were thrilled with the opportunity to see Niagra falls from so many different vantage points. The tour ran about 2+ hours beyond the advertised time - however with no other pressing appointments - we felt fortunate to have the extra time to spend in this incredible "wonder of the world".
We appreciated the email reminders and confirmations from Viator and will certainly consider booking with you again.

Very good tour. Everything was very well explained, and the guide was extra nice.
The "movie" which we watched inside a souvenir store was pretty much useless and wasted a precious time that could have been used better at the Falls. I think that everything was a little bit rushed. It would be good if the duration of the trip could be extended. And one more thing, there was no "glass elevator ride taking you deep into Niagara Gorge".
