Transfers to and from the airport were satisfactory. There was a little confusion because the person standing by the counter worked for another tour group, but he directed us to the correct location to catch the bus.

The driver was super nice but I found out you can get a free bus shuttle so I felt like I wasted my money. However, it is good if you want pretty much customized service!
