Everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly and did their best. No complaints with hotel, either.

The place is beautiful and it is very worthly to visit it. My regrets is That our guide had à terrible accent and was difficult to understand what hé was saying. Thé hôtel accommodation désert gardens was very average and very expressive. Futhermore during our close to 4 weeks in australia it is thé only place where we had à very bad service both hôtel or restaurant.
