We could not have been more pleased that we chose the London Airport Executive Private Arrival Transfer. We are in our late 60's and mid seventies so after traveling during the night and arriving in London at 10:15 am it was the very best choice. Our driver was waiting with my name held up for us to see. From that point we were treated very special all
the way to the hotel. We were picked up in a Mercedes with a very courteous driver. No better way to start your visit to London. Thanks Viator for making this all happen for us.Montgomery AL
On time, car very comfortable (Mercedes). Only problem (not his fault) there was a marathon and the streets around our hotel were closed to traffic so he could not get in. Even though he made every effort with the officials working in the area to let us through, we had to walk to our hotel.

Usually like Viator. This time driver picked us up at London Heathrow and dropped us off at Savoy Hotel. The problem was, he dropped us off at the BACK door!
We had to walk with the luggage, up the back alley to the front door! Pretty sure he knew it was the back door, to lazy to go to front door!
