After pickup from your Hangzhou hotel, make a quick stop at the bustling Wushan Square and spend a few moments to experience and take some photos of the lively surroundings. Admire people dancing, local artisans displaying a variety of unique skills, and crowds simply enjoying the nighttime atmosphere. Your guide will be available to share stories about Hangzhou or answer any questions you have about the city.

Then, head to the Lily Hotel to enjoy a delectable dinner of traditional Chinese cuisine. After a satisfying meal, head to the Hangzhou West Lake and prepare to be amazed by a dreamlike and elegant performance of Impression West Lake.

This incredible show is directed by the same person who directed the impressive opening ceremony of the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The stage is set on the lake itself, giving the impression that the performers are floating on water. Composed of five different acts moving along with incredibly smooth transitions, this performance has a story that’s easy to follow, highlighting the folklores and myths of Hangzhou using light, music, dance and theatrics. The stunning background of the lake and hills coupled with the dramatic choreography and romantic music make for a spellbinding aesthetic.
