The tour guide was excellent. Perhaps a tad too long on explaining the pictures. We had a reservation and a time. We were on time. However, we had to wait on the reservation line for half an hour anyway. This was the fault of the museum personnel. The group size was good. I would not want to go with a larger group.

It was good, but you don't skip the line. we waited 1/2 hour of our time to get in and she would not make it up.
Too busy checking her watch for her next appointment, and rushed us.
Although I thought the tour guide was very knowledgeable, I did have a hard time understanding her English. She gave a good history of the artwork and tied pieces together to help us understand the works better.
However, this was billed a Skip The Line Tour. We were still in line 10 - 15 minutes before actually getting through security. The Uffizi really needs to come up with a better way to handle the volume of people coming to view the art.
